Buddha Garden Villa, Bali

First of all, I would like to give some claps to the hotel staff. We had faced some hiccups before the trip and had to re-arrange our airport transfers. The hotel staff (forgot who) patiently assisted us and was prompt in e-mail replies.

We got our pick up at the airport and almost an hour journey to the villa. The entire villa is pretty small with just 12 units of villa, which makes it creepy quiet because we barely see any other guests during our 2 nights stay. The villa was maintained by a handful of people and at night, it was rather difficult to find any assistance. The wi-fi did not work for us either, even when we were at the reception area.

The villa is pretty open, which makes it really dusty and invited a lot of mosquitoes. Those staying at the first level bedroom had a hard time sleeping due to the mosquitoes attack at night. Second level bedroom has a mosquito net so it was safe. We had to swat mosquitoes while hanging out at the living room at night.

bedroom at the second level.

no bathtub and the water for the shower was very weak.

kitchen area with mineral water! I love that part.

breakfast that was sent to our room.

the walk back to our villa at night.

The breakfast was a little disappointing for us. We chose the style of our eggs the night before and the eggs came out all the same. For our second morning, we decided to just give up the breakfast.

Even though Buddha Garden Villa was alright, there is nothing attractive for us to go back for.
